This blue striped ceramic vase was made on the potters wheel. When I threw it, I used a textured potter’s rib to form a deep groove into the wet clay. I used a transparent blue glaze letting it pool among the ridges. I left the peaks unglazed, so you can see the iron-based clay.
Inside, the vase is fully glazed and will hold water for flowers. It is great for a bedside table, desk, or an entryway table. I love this vase for billy balls, bunny tails, lavendar, or eucalyptus greenery.
The height is just under five inches tall. The width is just under three inches wide. The opening at top is just over a half of an inch wide.
The vase you see in the photo is the one that ships. Everything in my shop is in stock and ready to ship. Each pot is unique, so I photograph each one individually.
